Our employee visits the factory in person: inspects the workshop, talks to the owner, checks the documents. All before any payment.
We negotiate in Chinese ourselves and bargain for you. All terms are fixed in the contract.
Payments go in stages and only to verified factories. With official import, you often pay the supplier yourself from your company account under the contract — we are not involved in the payment. We organise the process: verify the factory, prepare the contract and control the batch.
We inspect samples and the whole batch before shipment and send photos and videos. We ship only after your approval.
Your manager is available 24/7. At every stage we send photos and videos — from the factory, the batch inspection and loading — and tell you where the cargo is.
HS codes, EAEU certificates and declarations, Chestny Znak labelling, customs — we handle it all.
We work with any volume and will tell you when cargo is cheaper and when official import makes more sense.
It depends on the product, weight, volume and method: cargo is priced per kg or cubic metre, official import line by line — goods, logistics, duty and VAT. We prepare a quote with both options in 2–3 days.
We have our own people in China: an office in Nanning and a warehouse in Guangzhou. We work directly with factories and are responsible for the order all the way to your warehouse.
It won’t. A quote with photos and real factory prices takes 2–3 days, samples from 1–2 weeks, delivery 3 to 30 days depending on the method.
