1. General provisions
This policy explains what personal data the kita24.pro website collects, why it is needed and how we protect it. The policy is drawn up in accordance with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 “On Personal Data”.

By submitting a request on the website, you confirm that you have read the policy and give your consent to the processing of personal data.
2. What data we receive
Only what you entered in the request form yourself:
- name;
- phone number;
- Telegram username and email address — if you provided them;
- message text and preferred contact method;
- technical data: IP address, date and time of submission, the page from which the request was sent.
We do not request passport details, bank details or other information that is not needed to respond to your request.
3. Why
- to contact you about your request in the way you prefer;
- to prepare a calculation or quote or answer your question;
- to protect the website from spam and abuse.
We do not use your data for advertising mailings without separate consent and do not sell it to third parties.
4. Legal basis
Your consent to the processing of personal data (clause 1, part 1, article 6 of Law No. 152-FZ), which you give by ticking the box in the form and submitting the request.
5. How and where data is stored
Requests are stored on the hosting provider’s server located in the Russian Federation. Processing is automated: collection, recording, storage, use for contact, deletion.
For a prompt response, a notification about the request is sent to the operator by email and messenger. Only the operator and staff handling requests have access to the data.
6. How long we keep data
Until the purposes of processing are achieved, but no longer than 3 years from receipt of the request, or until consent is withdrawn — whichever comes first. After that the data is deleted.
7. Your rights
At any time you can:
- find out what data of yours we hold and how it is used;
- ask us to correct or delete it;
- withdraw your consent to processing.

8. Security
The website uses a secure connection. We take organisational and technical measures to protect data from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure and destruction.
9. Cookies
The website does not use third-party analytics or advertising cookies. If this changes, we will update the policy.

We may update the policy. The current version is always available on this page; the version date is shown at the top.
